Jetty Island Fall Planting Party Photo Album
65 volunteers planted 400 native trees and shrubs on Saturday. This was the first planting ever done on the two mile long man-made Island. Two Cub Scout troops and a Girl Scout troop brought their parents along for a day of community giving that will help them receive
their environmental badges. People For Puget Sound Snohomish Sound Stewards helped lead the volunteers to properly install the plants. Visit the site next summer during Jetty Island Days and see what great work these volunteers gave back to the community!
